Winchester is coming out with a new .22 lever action. It features easy disassembly for cleaning and/or compact storage. MSRP is $419.
Sounds interesting to me.
IU West is billing us for services for which Medicare already paid. We sent letters and called and were told the problem was resolved.
Today we received another bill for the same service.
Does anyone know a competent person in billing for IU West that we could call?
Henry .22 S/L/LR Pump Rifle. $ 450 firm.
Rifle is in like-new condition.
Trades considered; Mare's Leg pistol, pistol caliber rifles (except 9 mm), 327 magnum rifle or handgun, other trades considered, worse that can happen is I say no.
Much has been made about the difference in penalties for powder cocaine and crack cocaine and the claim is made that the difference is racist because more whites use the powder while more "people of color" use crack.
The Congressional Black Caucus demanded harsher sentences for crack because...
Henry H003T Octagon Barrel .22 S,L,LR Pump Rifle. $450, I will consider offers, trades, and trades with cash either way.
Fewer than 300 rounds fired; all were CCI Standard Velocity.
Rifle misfired ~10% of the time, so I sent it to Henry. They solved the problem and slicked-up the action to make...
I have a Winchester Model 92 lever action rifle with a magazine which is advertised to hold 10 rounds. The 10th LEVERevolution round will go about 80% into the magazine, but no farther.
Has anybody else found this?
Here's a thought...
How about we hold every "felon in possession of a firearm" in jail without bail until trial. Do you think that would reduce shootings?
I had a Henry .22 pump rifle that was made in 2004. I had posted it for sale here, but there was little interest, so I just kept plinking with it. Then it began having light firing pin strikes about 10% - 20% of the time. I contacted Henry about the problem and they sent me a shipping label to...
I just drove Nashville, TN to Indy. The delays due to construction and slow downs added an hour to an hour and a half to the trip.:xmad:
Has anybody tried I 69 going south?
I am shocked! Shocked, I tell you!
I heard on the news that the Council voted to hire three attorneys to serve as federal prosecutors and prosecute gun crimes in Indianamurderplace.
If they prosecute more than one case each and publicize the sentences (assuming it is jail time and not "a stern...
Fox 59 has been reporting on a man shot in the neck with a 7 mm pellet. They showed an x-ray and, by my estimation, it's a .177 caliber. Are 7 mm air gun pellets even a thing?
It is common sense to get guns away from those who cannot legally have them.
Therefore, all felons in possession of a firearm should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Also, all minors carrying a concealed handgun should be prosecuted as adults to the fullest extent of the law...
I have received my first warning ticket in 58 years of driving. It was for an improper left turn.
Mostly out of curiosity, does anyone know how long this written warning will stay in the system?
Thanks for serious, knowledgeable answers; I'll try to laugh at the :flamethrower:.
Ah, the infamous ******s.
In the comic strip The Wizard of ID, the "spook" is imprisoned for calling the king "a two-bit, four-flushing, dirty, rotten, low-down, indiscriminate clod."
I usually try to pick one or more of those to put in place of the ****s.
I get a lot of calls to buy property I now longer own.
What happens if I offer them a quit claim on property I don't own for $1,000?
Would that be illegal?
The local news media refers to marijuana as weed. Is this because they are trying to sound "cool?" Is this the term law enforcement uses now? Are they trying to make it sound less illegal in hopes of helping it get legalized?
What do you think?
