Safariland produces a horizontal shoulder holster for the 365. It’s made out of polymer. It would be a good option unless you have to take off your suit jacket.

I have a Gamo 1000 .177 pellet rifle that I bought at Walmart a couple of years ago. It is accurate. It does take some effort to cock it as it is a beak barrel model. It is worth the money spent.

Is your Kahr a recently manufactured model or an older one? Older ones had a problem with the feed ramp being slightly out of spec, which caused feeding problems. Call the factory about your issues.
The older CM9s had reliability problems due to the feed ramp. The magazine followers tend to break their legs. I don't know if this has been corrected by the factory. If you decide to buy a used one I would suggest shooting it before purchase if possible.
