For some it means, the food and surroundings are similar to what you've experienced at 'local' restaurants in Mexico. A great indicator that a Mexican restaurant is authentic; you'll find that the majority of the patrons are Hispanic.

My son (age 13) and I shot sporting clays with my cousin over in Oakland, Illinois (Olde Barn) last fall. He really enjoyed the sport and did well for his first time (I believe he shot a 38/100), so I recently purchased us some rounds of sporting clays at the IGC.
