I have a PNW Rainier Gen 3 that I have been happy with. I have only had it about 6 months but it has worked great. I have also heard good things about OneUp. Reading multiple reviews I would stay away from Fox dropper post. Sad because I love their forks and shocks.

Machined a GPS mount for my fancy Yoshimura stem. I like the symmetry of having the GPS in the center. Hopefully get it mounted this afternoon and go for a ride.

The BMV told me since I bought the vehicle from my dad, that I didn't have to pay sales tax. The full purchase price was listed as I had a loan.

I bought a vehicle from my dad in 2015 and I did not have to pay sales tax. Wow, I've now owned that car 9 years! Time flies!

The Real Costs of Electric Car Ownership - CNET

This. Her Mach E is great for driving back and forth to work and around town. We have taken it on two short road trips. The first one was 200 mile round trip (this doesn't include any driving at the destination) and another 150 mile trip. Both times we were able to make it but I had some...

The Real Costs of Electric Car Ownership - CNET

There is the NACS plug that Teslas use but almost everything else uses a J1772/CCS1 plug. Tesla has stated they will start opening up their chargers to other brands with an adapter. They are going to slowing allow this starting in February with Ford. Ford did announce that in 2025 the F150...

The Real Costs of Electric Car Ownership - CNET

Some real world numbers here from a new EV owner. My wife bought a Ford Mach E December 21st. It is a AWD extended range premium model. The battery is 91kWh. I have installed a 240v outlet in our garage to charge but her work has a free charger that she will be using most of the time. In...

Almost have all the parts for the planned winter upgrades. 31 spline axles, c clip eliminators, a spool, rear disc brakes, and going to a manual master cylinder. Still need to get a proportioning valve and I think I am going to pick up a 8.8 brace kit.

Cummins agrees to pay nearly $1.7B to settle federal Clean Air Act investigation

I was installing some equipment on the line that assembled the 5.0L V8 that they were putting in the Nissan Titan trucks. They also assembled a very similar V8 on that line for the government. The engineers told us the Nissan engine had several issues that they government engine didn't have...

Cummins agrees to pay nearly $1.7B to settle federal Clean Air Act investigation

The sad part about this is all the government engines Cummins is building without any emissions right next to the civilian engines with emissions. It is all BS and I'm sure no one was harmed in any of the extra emissions that might have been put out.

I wish they would have talked about drivetrains and fuel. I've always loved tractor pulls but don't know much about it.

I do like creating a route on the computer then transferring it to my garmin bike GPS. I will say the app can be finicky. I paid for pro and there have been times when I am logged in that it wants me to upgrade to pro.
