      That's a good start. I'd like to see the 16th go away. I'd also like to see some serious clarification of the 14th. Thanks to the 14th "free the slaves" (seriously paraphrased) has turned into "States must do as they're told about everything". I don't think using the 14th to support Gay Marriage...

      Absolutely. Mostly because of their lust for power. Which I do not see as a bad thing under the circumstances. What was left fell apart at that point. We really need proper federalism back.
