I have a G26, sig 239 and a Kahr pm9. The PM9 gets carried the most because of the lighter weight and smaller size. I shoot well with all three at the range. They each have pros and cons for carry and range use. I would not trade any of them. If I somehow lost them I probably would replace the...
My 239 is the gun I feel most comfortable with. I have shot 1000's of rounds thru it. I have lighter, smaller guns that carry easier but the 239 is the gun I want to have with me if I have to defend my life. I have the confidence in its reliability, accuracy and function.
A while back I stocked up on WWB 100 ct 9mm. I noticed it was made in Illinois. I really like the ammo, clean, consistent, good price. I hope this does not change with this move. Maybe I'll buy another case before it is gone.
I like shooting my 92fs at the range much better than shooting the G26. The Glock is ok at the range, but I like traditional double action/ single action of the Berretta. G26 carries much better for me. So for carry the G26 is great, less weight, still good number of rounds, dependable and could...
I'm not proud of this. I had just gotten my 357 lever rifle from a smith. He slicked up the trigger, loading gate, lever, etc. I couldn't wait to see if it was easier to load and chamber rounds. It was smooth as butter. My finger must have touched the trigger, because after working the action 3...
I was going to vote for Coates as of a few days ago, now i'm leaning Sinks-Burris, but ellisworth does not sound as bad as I thought. I guess whoever wins will be ok as far as gun rights goes. Sinks-Burris would be the best choice for me, but can she win? Probably will go with my heart and vote...
Lots of factors here. I have several Springfields that are 100% with ball ammo, HP's different story. I want to buy a Springfield EMP (9mm 1911) to carry. I've heard they are as reliable as they get.
The pm9 is on my want list. I have not heard of rust being a common problem with these. Sorry to hear you got a bad one. Kahr must not want our business. I will really have to think hard about getting one now. Thanks for sharing this.
