I wasn't referring only to the cheater. Between this thread and the one on the other forum, I've seen a lot of unprofessional behavior all around and it's really turned me off wanting to try USPSA.

Entirely untrue. You still own your content, but you grant INGO LLC an irrevocable right to reproduce that material in perpetuity as it's obviously necessary for INGO (or any website forum) to exist. You still own all rights to your content. Here is an excerpt from INGO's Terms of Service:

I just did a search on the word "tapatalk" in the support forum and came up with dozens of hits. However, I note that I get an error when I try to switch pages, so it's possible that the search index is corrupted.
