Mic the depth
Bore oversized chamber to smooth out any divots in the current chamber
Press fit and seat chamber "slug" and silver solder or green loctite
Rechamber slug.
Biggest thing is getting the slug to sit at the right depth.
If you have a set of calipers, measure the width of the dovetail. You might be able to see a slight difference in the widths. Press it out towards the wider side.

I have one on my work bench right now.
Failure to feed/failure to fire/not returning to battery.
Available parts are limited. Currently, no aftermarket triggers available. Spring kitsch from other cz-10s "might" fit.
I have drilled and tapped front sights for shotgun beads then filed and polished them down. I've also used a small ball end end mill to create a recess to add a drop of jig head paint.
Someone else comments to drill for a fiber optic rod. Above all suggestions, this one is the one I've used...
