      It's most likely after-market. Is it screwed or glued on? If it's glued on you can cut it off then slowly sand it down till you get to the glue, slowly get the glue off then stain it. I hate when people add them to Marlins and Winchester 18**'s

      Because we are nice? A lot of it has to do with the way the wind blows during the day of the night of a blue moon while the frost nips at the bear's balls. Seriously, states just decide if another state's licensing satisfies their requirements... like a good portion of states require a class.
