NOT an AR thread! Craziness. Old West 45-70's

Looking at a Springfield trapdoor carbine in .45-70, although it will put my Sharps in same calibre purchase back a few months. Anybody have any experience with one? Fun to shoot? Any hunting you've done? Ranges you're getting out too? Absolute ballz pain in the ass and I shouldn't even...

      Trying to find a Steyr

I am trying to find a Steyr s9. It is the compact 9mm striker fired for anyone that doesn't know. My first and foremost problem is the current craziness with the supply. And secondly the only dealers around this area from the Steyr page are out of state. So does anyone know of a gunshop in...

      Locating an 1873 Trapdoor replica

Hi I'm looking to find a (probably Uberti) 1873 Trapdoor carbine in 45-70. Does anyone know a cowboy friendly/focused dealer that might stock something like that? And none of the Sharps is better, Rolling block is better, arguements :D. I already own those, now I want a trapdoor. Thanks.

      M&P Trigger

Try this again.... Can anyone explain the M&P trigger to me? It just seems really...odd. It's like that tiny fragile plastic part that breaks off anything you put any kind of force on. I really like the gun, that trigger setup is just very off-putting to me every time I pick one up.
