      I believe that part of the C&R rules state that you have to follow your own state/local laws. So some C&R weapons would not be allowed in some states like (cough, cough) Illinois and California. BTW When you get your C&R license they send you a CD with all the state laws regarding firearms...

      It is a little (or should be) different in MilCom. There is a strict protocol in establishing and maintaining communications that is shared between the services.

      Doesn't it also have to be in the origional configuration? i.e. a sporterized 91/30 would not qualify.

      Well he is of British parentage so we like to refer to him as the British Barrister. Every so often he will slip up and misspell “colour” or “labour”. (This goes back to the GlockTalk forum days)

      Probably not. Managers are use to dealing with "difficult" people and probably just shrugged it off as another person he won't have to deal with. He probably thought he was saving the world from "those gun toting, red neck, open carry, nuts." Even though he may not have felt like one doesn't...

      From what I understand, the first catagory (50+ years old) is automatically applied. Option 2 and 3 require BATF to declair it a C&R.

      Father's Day 2010

      Everything my Father pass on to me was by pictures. He was a proud USMC and Indianapolis policeman. I never knew him because he passed away when I was 3. I decided that I was going to be the best father to my daughter and she has turned out great.

      I use to post that pic with the caption: "Billy Bob got a real good deal on one of those newfangled satellite radio systems." p.s. That was my truck. I got the satellite dish for free, used the electronics, and sold the dish for the aluminum.

      Uh, I don't see anything wrong with this. The big high speed ISPs were limiting speed to customers who wanted to download multimedia from another provider. If you don't play fair then expect to be regulated.

      Do you own the lake? If you don't and they have been crossing your property for years to get to it they may have a case for right of easement.
