      Help with removing front sight from Mak 90

      I have converted my post ban Mak 90 to it's original form (yes it is 922 compliant) and to finish it off I found an original chinese type 56 front sight/folding spike bayonet.       Would adding an original chinese spike bayo assembly to my post ban Mak 90 make it non 922 compliant???
