      Absolutely not while turkey hunting. I went and scouted it for deer last year in September. Didn’t see much sign and anywhere that looked even remotely ok already had stands set up. I opted not to set anything and took my gear back home with me.

      I used to shoot at Griffith and Hobart izaak Walton’s back in like 2010-2013ish. At the time I worked the gun counter at gander mountain in merrillville so I shot out there with some guys from work. Fun times!

      Might make a trip up- haven’t been there in a very long time! Willow slough had a similar setup years ago but I haven’t been there since the range was re-done. (Moved out of nw Indiana in 2013 and was out of state for two years. Moved back in 2015 and I’ve been in the Indy area ever since)
