      Straight pull. 20" barrel. Suppressor ready. Uses a rotary mag not unlike the Ruger. Model is called a Target SR. Not a lot of info out there. Anybody have any experience? Good or bad?

      I originally got it because I wanted to see exactly how the concept worked for me. I had never tried this type of combo before and wanted to give it a shot. Plus I had a gift Visa and it was on sale so why not. This is my garage/shop gun, not my EDC. I haven't had a chance to work it out yet...

      OK. Go easy on me. I really didn't do my research before the purchase. Shame on me. But isn't a SureFire equivalent around $700? I know you get what you pay for but I ain't an operator. Seems like there would be a mid-tier option. I just haven't found it.

      I had a Polish M44. It was in "un-issued" condition. It really did look brand new. I sold it quite a few years ago for not a whole lot of money. I just did a search on current prices. Geez. I never should have sold that thing.

      Checking torque on screws that have thread locker?

      So if I use Loctite or similar on the optic mounted on my pistol will checking that by applying torque (like using an allen wrench) wreck the bond? Is it best to leave as is until it is noticeably loose or will just a bit of pressure be ok? I think I have things torqued to spec but I don't...
