Tim was a true friend, a stellar dude of strong will, highly motivated and would do anything to help you out. We had a thing where he was my 1911 guy, and I was his CZ guy. Range trips, cheeseburger's, SGE & FGE always a lot of fun with CM and the rest of us miscreants! I will truly miss him and his love of family, friends, wisdom, 1911 knowledge & many other things that go bang. Churchmouse was cool guy to hang around! We will get together again my friend!

Whenever I'd pass by Georgetown Road on 38th Street I'd send CM a text. Not sure when I started doing it, sometime after the last INGO Booth at the 1500 I suspect.

Man, for some reason, I just never delete contacts after their passing. Just feels odd doing it.

Oh man...This place will not be the same anymore. RIP Tim. I'm glad I got to shoot with you, clean guns with you, visit you in your home, get an infraction and plenty of good advice and camaraderie the years.

We will mourn your passing but take comfort in knowing that you suffer no more. Rally up other shooters in Heaven and share your knowledge of all things 1911. I know I will think of you whenever I shoot mine.

First off, you're text is HUGE!

But going back through all of my texts with CM......

Yeah. What a human being. He was so thrilled with Little Tanker shooting his first AR, he sent him a huge box of parts and mags to help him build his own AR. He got to see him shoot it at the SGE this year.

So much more in each of our personal lives too.
