I just read hornady has issued vax mandates. I just bought a hornady shirt with the Gadsden snake. What a disappointment.

You should have checked their logo first...

You gotta consider that biden would love to go after anyone in the firearms business and this would be just the excuse there looking for. In a way I can't fault them
I agree with this statement. We need to be careful or we may end up with NO suppliers that we agree with, and therefore no supplies. If they get attacked by the administration where will that leave us? I hate it, but sometimes you just have to make decisions.

From what I've read about the vax mandate the government isn't giving companies much maneuvering room. OSHA will fine them every day per unvaccinated employee regardless unless they have some sort of exemption in their HR files and then the employee can expect to be interrogated about it.

It's final phase of the government's Covid position, do it now or they will take your paycheck. Republicans should run hard on Joe's taking ordinary Americans away from their jobs and tie any lower office to the Biden anti middle class campaign. In my 65 plus years I've never seen anything like this. Even Nixon and his gas rationing threats didn't go this far.

But so far its only been a threat right? I thought there hasnt been any official legal orders yet and he's just giving corps an excuse to fall back on.

The threat is very real companies have their marching orders and the unvaccinated are to be cleared out by 12/8/21. That's the official date from which fines will be figured. A place where I work today as a contractor had the employee meetings and forms drawn up for religious or medical exemptions. Can't get much more real than that.

Lots of people I talked to today said they would just retire and those will be hard jobs to fill. Joe is making US companies weaker, ripe for acquisition by the Chinese.

It's not for all companies > 100 employees. It's for all companies > 100 employees with Federal contracts.

I guess if you're in the gun industry, the Federal Teat is just too much to pass up.

Federal contracts cover a lot of ground, cars, furniture, equipment clothes, it's a long list. Joe is going to retire a lot of experience at these places.

I'm sure there are contracts involved, so it may very well kill any company under contract who violates it.

It is a pretty good warning about getting into bed with the government no matter how sweet the deal looks.

In today's market, every single round Hornady took away from the feds would instantly be snapped up by consumers, probably at a lot more than the government is paying.

If they had any integrity at all, they'd tell the feds to cram their contracts up their asses and they wouldn't be getting a single round of Hornady ammo until the mandates were dead and buried.
