I do not work at the same fire station as those guys any more but they, (1 in particular) turned some stuff I would never have looked at twice into some awesome meals. We all 4 got promoted and went our separate ways, and there is NO way I would do paleo consistently, I would do it again if they cooked it. It is good to KNOW about the OLD ways. Scary thing is, if SHTF, we may be back there again.

Cool, I actually live with the parents in the neighborhood off to the right after you pass the Golden Years retirement village on Maysville (before the 4-way stop). I'm frequently surprised just how many people are from this area on the forums.
I wish I had people cooking paleo for me, lol. I have never actually met anyone else on the diet. Do they have you eating liver and stuff, or are they being nice?Hey, Saw your Paleo post - I am not a follower but a few of the guys I work with are and they agreed with you a lot about those foods. They have even got me to eat some of them when it's their turn to cook at work. I also noticed you are from New Haven. We have a New Haven address and Ph # but live closer to Milan Center.
