I know I live near town, but very rural(actually near a state park and resivoir), but I have neighbors. Everyone knows when someone shoots, and nobody just shoots for fun, Except one neighbor. I think if you are friendly, and are a good neighbor and show that you exercise safety measures...
What else is there? I would love to know what options there are. I used Birchwood Casey Super Blue 25 years ago on a Remington 1148, and it's held up well. But it's far from "super blue" not very much depth, and not very high end.
Can you parkarize at home?
Back when I was 18 I shot the offending dog, it cost me $800. I think for future refrence, hamburger on a paper plate, and a cement block on a tree limb will cost me about $792 less.
why would you hunt with a flint lock, it's like rolling dice . . . and the odds are not in your favor, nor can you dependable put the animal down with a second shot. Flint lock and a real muzzleloader combo?
