Haha, I was hoping nobody would ask that. I was really tired when I was typing, and it doesn't make as much sense now in the light of day. Something about a water pump and "all is well".
It made sense at 3am. lol
A couple folks in my family made fun of my grab-bag Christmas gift, which included a headlamp. ("Someone planning on going mining? Yuck yuck yuck.")
I'm glad I grabbed my own gift that year.
My power has been out since noon. I had forgotten that my new generator can't quite crank enough amps to start my sump pump. Good thing I had a little backup pump. All is well.
I might fire up the coke can stove and cook some Ramen. :)
ETA: Ugh, bad pun not intended. lol
If you're on Facebook, I know a couple in the CIBA group have made that trek. It might be worth it to post a question there. https://www.facebook.com/groups/9399031404/
Two questions:
If the ISC were to take the transfer, would it only be on the refusal to grant a judgment regarding the failure to follow ITCA notice rules?
At this point, assuming the ISC doesn't take xfer, does it now go back to the trial court?
