      Another instance of when seconds count the police are minutes away. According to the press conference the shooter was seen walking across the parking lot and 911 was called, the armed guard for this school was snowed in and no replacement was provided.

      That is the point of contention, The law was changed, you no longer have to have physical possession of your LTCH while carrying and yet you are arguing that if you don't like the current law change it. Shouldn't you be for requiring LEO's to follow the law.

      I have, he was legal under the law. OC is legal, not having your LTCH on you is legal. The ISP actions were legal but uncalled for IMO. Synopsis: Two OCers are sitting at a table, a third walks in the door and the first two look at each other and say what a moron.

      I have known enough LEOs over the years to know that the attitude of some of them matches Teds. Ted obviously cares more about the quantity and not quality of his post. He can post so he does, but he is confused by OCers who do because they can. I understand.

      I do not understand your comment, A licensed individual walks into a place of business with a holstered gun to purchase his lunch, where is the safety issue?

      Here's a scenario...

      It is illegal to carry a hand gun without a license in Indiana. You can transport the gun unloaded in a case out of reach in your vehicle, but if it is loaded you need the LTCH.
