Thanks for the offer, but it wouldn't be needed. Hillside are good people and a buck here or there on their prices wouldn't matter. After meeting them and how they treated me at the show, they have already won my business. I am a few more miles from them, but it will be well worth it. Thanks again !If SHTF, there are gonna be plenty of places to get your insulin. Hospitals throw away a lot and it all sits in biomedical refuse containers waiting to be incinerated. If it was ever a desperate situation...you would know where to look. I have also have a few patients that swear by apple vinegar. If it was desperate situation I would try that before just giving up. For now...keep doing what you are doing...but just some alternatives if you become desperate after SHTF

I would be interested in hearing anything that would help. Just so you know, I am type 1 diabetic, meaning my body makes virtually none of its own insulin. -
