Yes, sir, he's a Brittany. All that white makes him easy to follow in field (my first Brittany was mostly orange), he just turned 6 - the last 2 years, he's really settled down become a great hunting companion.
Took the pup out pheasant hunting earlier this week. The weather was nice and I wasn't in much of a hurry. His first point ended up being a covey of quail, it's been years since I've kicked up quail - I was so happy to see them, I decided not to shoot. A bit later we were working some high...
It's not my favorite, but I don't hate black licorice as candy goes. I do like Sambuca (anise-flavored liqueur), if you like black licorice, you'll likely enjoy it too.

The spot I hunt is easy to get to, if you want to check it out: Take the main road in to the...
My personal favorites. The Benchmade Steep Country (top middle) is my go-to field knife (the sheaths don't last though). The Triage (bottom right) is my EDC and the Nestucca (bottom left) is great for processing.

Hello, everyone, thank you for letting me join. I enjoy all things firearms - target shooting (pistol, rifle, black powder, shotgun), training (with MALC & CCRT), competition (mostly trap), and hunting (deer, coyote, turkey, pheasant). Also, love the great outdoors and running my bird dogs...
No luck on the draw this year. I've hunted Brown County & Muscatatuck (muzzleloader) and harvested deer in the first hour. Good luck to those that were selected!
