      I'm just wondering if there is a certain mileage that bikes get to when they start to get less mechanically sound? I didn't know if 8900 was something that should be passed over for a lower mileage bike or if this is low/average and good to go without needing much maintenance

      I wonder if every manufacturer just has some bad apples then? Some swear by hp, ours has been nothing but trouble. Some hate toshiba, mine has been great. Aren't they all pretty well the same machines anyway spec wise? kinda like ford vs. chevy? maybe not, i know nothing about IT stuff...

      thanks for the help. I have a toshiba satellite thats going on 6 years now and it's been great. The only thing wrong with it is the battery, which is my fault d/t leaving it plugged in all the time. Maybe i should go with a toshiba again.
