It's about committing perjury on the ATF 4473. The "5th Amendment" defense regarding self-incrimination doesn't hold up as that prohibits coercing or compelling self-incrimination. True -- as I understand it, DHHS is supposed to set up a process for VA to use. All it takes is an order from Biden for DHHS to set it up for VA to use and for VA implement it. POTUS can order agencies to implement joint policies involving both agencies.- JAL

18 y/o Handgun purchase
The info about the Writ of Cert on Bianchi and at least three from Illinois bans is posted elsewhere. I believe SCOTUS will pick up at least one and more likely will bundle them together just as they did with the recent 1st Amendment oral arguments held this past week. -
