My Mailbox is now EMPTY @Amishman44 :)

Will possibly pick another one up in the...
I see you have Ruger SP101 @Amishman44
I have many parts & things for them in my stash too...
Have a DAO Hammer assembly + a trigger housing, Hogue grip, holster & several other things??? Shim Kit, springs etc.
LMK IF you need or want anything for it as I just might have it...
I have had 4-5...
OH, To change the trigger out you only need an 1/8" roll pin punch.
I also use a roll pin punch starter punch BUT a rubber mallet would also work.
Then a punch to push out the trigger pin + take down lever + slide lock lever + remove the trigger housing & sear housing
Watch the Apex Video IF you...
Yes, the spring under the rear sight could get away from you & the spacer/holder for it IF you aren't careful.
I have an extra in my stash JUST in Case...
I made a holder from a scrap of an old credit card to hold the parts together while they are assembled, just like the Apex tool but smaller &...
Here's My Gen 1 Shield 40, transplanted into a M2.0 Frame with the Shield Plus Trigger & all Performance Center springs & parts.
It has become my #1 Grab & Go Piece... It is SWEET! Has Night Sights Too!!! I also put a M2.0 spacer on its 7 round magazine too.
Ported barrel & slide...

I don't have an M&P45 Shield BUT was told they would not interchange between 9/40 & 45
The 45 Shield is larger & has a 3.3" barrel where the 9/40 is 3.1"
The Flat trigger will work & function in a M1.0 Shield BUT the 1.0s frame doesn't have the trigger stop behind the trigger & it has much...
The M*Carbo Spring Kits are a bit heavier than the Apex ones...
Better for Carry than the lightweight striker springs + sear & trigger return.
I have removed every rear sight on every Shield I have except the one I just bought with a Brass punch in a padded vise.
I will stop by the LGS this...
I have an extra Shield Plus Trigger BUT already have a 5th Shield M2.0 coming that will receive it...

The EQ should have been named the EZ Plus because that's what it is
My Mother liked to scrub your mouth out with LAVA Soap, still remember the taste BTW 50+ years later
She would ask what you said & then slap you in the mouth when you said it again, makes you remember it... Forever....
Then the...
I will have to say that the FLAT Trigger from an M&P Shield Plus works out very well on the earlier Shields
It takes that hinged free play out of the trigger pull & just makes everything feel much better
Also put this in a M2.0 frame which is reinforced & more texturized + has overtravel stop...
Put the M&P Shield Plus triggers in the PC M2.0 40 & one in the M1.0 9mm that has a M2.0 slide
The spongy take-up of the hinged trigger is now gone in both
Worked out better than expected
This 40PC Shield has become my #1 carry when I am not using a optics ready Shield Plus or Springfield Hellcat
Thinking back the house we grew up in cost $12,000 NEW in 1966
It sold a couple years back for $175,000, of course I didn't get the money but know so
That's crazy when you think it was lived in for 50+ years too
That is way more than inflation has risen, close to 15-17 times the original value...
