      I have a CCW licence and am 19. I know it's legal to buy a handgun from a private party at 18 but can I have a Kentucky resident who is a regular individual transfer me a handgun at an FFl at 19?

      Yah thats about how I feel however I grew up on the more tactical shooting scene so i could be biased. I did just finish a season on a trap team which was a ton of fun sporting will always be good for shotguns but not slugs.
