A lot of higher end trap shotguns are in the $1000+ range, easily $4-5,000+ on up to tens of thousands. Go the Grand American and you can find a lot of them.
I had an FFL for many years but never really had a shop, just ordered for people or did transfers for online buyers. I think I can agree with him, I usually made as much just doing a transfer as I did if I ordered a gun for someone and I didn't have to front the money for the gun to order it...
What the heck could he have done if he stayed home in Texas? Even if he stayed in Cancun for a few days, what difference does it make? I've been to Cancun more than once and it was one of the cheapest vacations we ever took in the dead of winter and he was going from Texas. He and his family...
I bought my first 10mm's maybe 25 yrs ago, S&W's and the reason I bought them was mainly personal satisfaction! My friend at the time had a couple .45's and kept bragging about them so I got a couple 10mm's and informed him they were more powerful than his wimpy 45's. LOL

Ha, that's a good way to look at it. Everyone is blaming Trump for everything, he might as well get credit for gun sales too!!! I'm going to have to borrow that!
I've loaded thousands of shotshells over the past several years. I started on a Lee LoadAll and it's a good way to learn and take your time. I certainly wouldn't worry about what anyone thought and as far as that goes, who's going to stand there and watch you. If he really likes reloading...
My wife has mild arthritis and carpal tunnel in her hands, she is literally unable to rack the slide on my semi-auto pistols and can't ever pull the trigger on a double action revolver without cocking the hammer first, and even that's difficult. Right now her bedside home defense gun is a...
