I have bought my last gun

same here, i just turned 66 last month. i'm a competitive shooter, so my purchases lean towards that part of shooting. my last gun purchase (Ruger PC9) took me 4 years of "deciding" whether i really wanted/needed to spend the money, when i already had several guns i could compete with. IF/when...

      M1911 recoil spring weight

What do you do with take offs?

if i take small parts off a gun, it goes in a zip lock bag and gets put in the box the gun came in, i keep those boxes up in the basement floor joists. if i ever decide to sell the gun i have all the original parts with it

      Best PCC option?

i went with a ruger PC9, originally it was a std std with the aluminum Mlock handguard. i added TK upriser chassis, TK trigger, rotary safety, grip, charging handle and comp. 33rd glock mags, Magpul buttstock and a Cmore railway dot. it;s a little lighter than stock, but still heavy in...

      USPSA clubs are revolting!

over the past couple years ive heard that warsaw wanted to start shooting USPSA again, but the MD wasnt getting much support. i know he was planning to have a match late last year, no idea if it happened or not. warsaw does shoot a 4 stage steel challenge match every month.

      USPSA clubs are revolting!

i thought all matches are suppose to be fun.. thats always been my approach to any match. any "stress" at a match is brought on by myself

      USPSA clubs are revolting!

and on top of it all, raising membership dues.. my (sometimes erratic) thought have got me thinking it's to money in USPSA's hands for the potential legal battles that may be coming in the future. ive been a USPSA member for 28 years
