      I do not think the store management handled the stated threat appropriately. Altercation occurred earlier and specific threat was made against that employee. Notify authorities, send employee home or relocate for safety.

      Ultimately you have to make the call for yourself. What do you think would happen if Eli had just turned around and walked out of the Greenwood mall that day? What did happen in Uvalde when no one helped those children? Lots to consider.
