WTB: Looking for a .45 acp long gun

I’m looking for a rifle or carbine chambered in .45 auto. Mostly just looking for something to plink with since most of my handguns are .45s and I generally keep that ammo around. Let me know if you have something you’d be willing to part with. Located in Hendricks County but willing to travel...

I’m looking for a Glock 41. Preferably as close to stock as possible. Message me if you have one sitting around.

      decent men's watch idea...

I'm a big fan of Steinhart watches. They're a German company, using Swiss movements and manufacturing. They have a wide range of models, from pilots to divers to racing. A fairly wide range of sizes and case materials as well. I have about a half dozen various models and I've been impressed with...

Comcast bringing Gigabit internet service to Indy

This thread is making me very jealous. I've read every post in this thread and apparently at least a few of you are in or near Hendricks County. We're moving to Clay Township next month and I've been trying to figure out the internet situation. I currently have Dish TV and am fairly pleased with...

where can i get good pizza?

Amore in Zionsville is really, really good. I've only had real NY pizza a couple times in my life, but I like Amore's. They advertise as New York style pizza, and the guys that run the place add some authenticity.

      So.. What's Indy like?...

I agree. I don't quite recall what I had - it was 5 years ago - but I have had no desire to go back since. I don't remember it being terrible, just not real impressive considering the many options downtown. Someone else mentioned Bourbon Street Distillery earlier. I'm a fan. If you like bar...

      So.. What's Indy like?...

Second [Edit: third] the vote for St. Elmo. It's a staple of Indy, and not a chain. Prices are a little steep, but worth it IMO. Mug N Bun Drive-In on the Westside (10th St I think) is a good choice on the other side of the spectrum. It's been around forever, and for good reason.

WTS: Nice IWB holster for Glock 36

This is still available. It would probably work for a Glock 19 as well, FYI.

      question for ruger lcr owners

I had an LCR in .357 a while back. It had the same slight rattle. As the previous poster said, it's normal for this model. I don't remember where it was in the manual, but I remember reading it as well.
