      S&W model 58 41 magnum…. Scratched up!!!

Nice piece of hardware! And pretty, too. Thirty some years ago I had a model 57 .41 Magnum. IIRC, the only differences were shrouded ejector and adjustable (W&E) rear sight. Well, and mine was box stock.

My New Charter Arms Off Duty .38 Special Revolver.

I took my Charter Arms Off Duty to the range today. In a total of 65 rounds (no MagTech), I had no misfires. That is pretty good for a gun that came from the factory giving me 1-3 misfires per cylinder-full. Of the stuff I shot, Double Tap 148gr WC (my carry round), and PPU 158gr SWC (in my...

An Overdue Discussion on .45 Auto

That is EXACTLY how I feel about the ground-mounted M2. The 1911 is certainly the most beautiful handgun... ever. The M2 (and .50 BMG round) adds the ability to reach out and touch someone from 2000 yards. 650g @ 3000 fps, or thereabouts. Jeez.

      National Gun Sales

Agreed. Deception is not good. Which is why my wife and I have agreed to: We both have good paying jobs, therefore we can each buy whatever we want. A few pair of shoes, new lamps, a revolver or 3 just ain't worth the arguing about. Of course, we realize that we will be working until we die.

      Tisas 1911 recall

I had the full auto experience with a P14.45 about 30 years ago. Full auto was not the bad part; it was a split-second WTF, followed by the gun blowing up in my hand. IIRC, I got 7 stitches to my support hand, at the base of my thumb. Oh, and a tetanus shot.

My love/hate relationship with the Sig P320

They don't call me TomTard for nothing!

My love/hate relationship with the Sig P320

OK, maybe you've got me on this one. The first time I pointed a G21, the front sight WAS way high. Applying a firm grip, where my hands work together to PULL THE FRONT SIGHT DOWN into position, affords EXTREMELY good control and recoil management FOR ME. I can put more rounds on target faster...

My love/hate relationship with the Sig P320

If the 1911 weren't such a poor design, there would be a whole industry devoted to fixing those flaws. When it comes to grip angle and shootability, out of all the available pistols on the market today, Glock seems to be the only manufacturer that got it right. Perspective is everything.

My love/hate relationship with the Sig P320

Glock 21 grip angle is a perfect, natural pointer for me, also.

      Best pricing for quality

Welcome from Grossceola. Quality and value generally go hand in hand. Quality and price do not. Value and price do not.

      95Bravo in Otterbein Indiana

I knew when reading the title that 95B was an MOS designation, but in the 40+ years since ETS, I'd forgotten which one. So I Google'd it. The first entry was an: INTERNATIONAL BRA SIZE CONVERSION TABLE. Second was MP. OK,there are probably more bra wearers than current/former MPs in this...

      Buying and Selling questions

I have sold several firearms here on INGO. I really appreciate not having to take 'trade-in' prices at any of the local FFL/LGS. My requirements for sale are: buyer shows me (nothing recorded) a Pink Card, and IN DL *** WITH MATCHING ADDRESS ***. That has been no problem for most of the...

Holcomb declare emergency ahead of eclipse

And the polarization continues. Why must there be something wrong with someone who does not agree with you? And now for the grammar lesson of the day. WHO is for people, THAT is for inanimate objects. Those WHO know it all. Bill is the man WHO is sitting in the red chair. Look at the...
