      Snap caps?

I have an M&P 2.0 in 9mm and the tip of the firing pin fractured off last winter while I was dry firing. I was dry firing a lot. Not an expensive thing to replace, just inconvenient. So snap caps it is from now on for dry firing.

Where did your addiction begin and with what firearms (handguns)?!!

I had always had an interest in guns. But it wasn't until I was in my late 30's that I bought my first one. I'd only fire a handful of guns prior to that. But it was being invited to an INGO NFA day that prompted me to start. First gun I bought was a Ruger P95, which I still have.

      Conceal Carry Vest

Here is my two cents on wearing a vest out in the general public. Most people, if they notice you're wearing a vest, are going to think you're a weirdo wearing a vest. The fact that you may be carrying won't even cross their minds. The people that will see it for what it is are going to be...

ATF Changes to 4473 include "Non-Binary" Gender

Exactly. Besides, if it helps LGBTQ people get into the gun community it's a win-win. As it stands most are afraid of the stereotype of all gun owners are straight and white.

      S&W 686 issue

I can't feel any endshake. Looking at it backlit from the side the space between the cylinder and forcing cone looks pretty consistent. I'll give it a good scrub and see how it goes. Thanks in advance!

      S&W 686 issue

I'll give it a good cleaning and see if that helps. Haven't cleaned it since Saturday when I went shooting.

      S&W 686 issue

The gun is pretty new, bought it new earlier this year. Doesn't have 250 rounds through it. Yesterday I was having trouble getting the cylinder out and after doing a quick google search most of the suggestions revolve tightening the ejector rod. I tried that and it's as tight as it's going to...

Has the S&W M&P handgun become less popular?

I've noticed at the matches I attend CZs, Sigs and Walthers are becoming more popular. Glocks are still up there but they just aren't as popular as they once were. I think because of the newness of the CZs, Sigs and Walthers that are being used. Last several matches I've been to I think I've...

      Revolver speed loader question

What kind of speed loaders are the revolver shooters using and what kind of pouches? I'm thinking of trying my hand at revolver in IDPA.

      New safty rule for I D P A.

That's why when you are unloading and showing clear you don't joke around like an idiot. Drop the magazine, pull the slide back and visually verify the chamber is empty. Slide forward and pull the trigger. If two people are looking and not joking around that round in the chamber will be...

      Trump outs SEAL Team Five...?

I'm going to assume the "SEALs" that people are all worked up in a lather over are the ones wearing night vision glasses. Just an observation here. Those guys are wearing two-tube glasses. Wouldn't special forces be wearing quad tube glasses? Gives them a wider and better field of vision.

      Gun Buyback

That would be an interesting question for the BATFE to consider.
