      Us normal folks probably shouldn't be contacting the ATF directly about this as it's likely you'll incriminate yourself. At this point we don't know if the ATF intends to pursue criminal proceedings. Contact your Senators or Congressmen, and if you feel the need, an attorney.

      You are correct in your understanding. It will transfer directly to your local dealer on a tax paid form 4 and then another tax paid form4 to you. Generally speaking a form 4 to a dealer is much quicker but still typically around 4 months. You will not be able to start your form 4 transfer...

      I haven't personally used it. I have a couple on hand. They are lightweight and appear to be well built. It's impressive in my opinion because of the size, weight, and price point. It's definitely one I'd consider before spending nearly double on any of the other options. *this is my opinion...

      AK advice needed (novak mod 47)

      That's a yugo kit build. Appears to be a screw build. It could probably be saved by removing the bolts and riveting. Check the barrel. Use a bullet in the muzzle to do a quick check to make sure it doesn't swallow the bullet. Also check the bore for rust. Yugo barrels are notoriously garbage...
