Les Baer, Ed Born, Wilson Combat or other

I have a Les Baer commander in 38 Super that is one of my favorites. Dead nuts accurate and has been 100% reliable. I sold a NH Costa Commander (45) because of how well the Baer shoots. I have a WC Compact 4" Tactical Carry that has 9mm and 38 Super barrels fitted. It's been 100% reliable...

      Staccato CS

I found myself naturally gripping the pistol too close to the barrel with my K since I mostly shoot AR's. This one is much more natural to me.

      Staccato CS

Standard. I had a K previously, before they shipped with the 3 lug barrel and the paddle mag release from the factory. Sold that a couple years ago when the prices went nuts and someone offered a number I couldn't refuse. I always though that first purchase was a mistake once the new SP5's...

      Staccato CS

I grabbed one of the SP5's from IGC this morning.

      Let’s talk gas grills.

Get the 4 burner version. The temp control will be worth it.

      HK P7

Sent this to ZR Tactical before I put one round through it. Had the MPS sitting around so I used it.

      CZ P07 with Old Eyes

I would send it to Cajun Gun Works for milling and a Red Dot. I recent had them mill and install a Holosun on my SP-01 Tactical and it was done perfectly.

      Holster recommendations for 4 o'clock

My P365XL fits perfect in my Summer Special 2 made for a 1911 commander. Milt Sparks website is showing SS2 in stock for 365 and 365 XL now.

As if your life depended on it…

Chapstick is like a small swiss army knife. Lips, small cuts, blisters on hands and feet, fire starter help and more. I usually have a few sticks in the winter.

My New Charter Arms Off Duty .38 Special Revolver.

Here is a good experience with a CA 38. Have a friend that has one. She never goes to the range, but she can shoot it if needed. I verified that years ago. Every year I take it from her to clean and test. Over the last 6-7 years I've shot over 500 rounds of various 38 ammo without a single...

      Squatters...

Dealt with keeping people out of an out of state property about 10 years ago. Property was 2 plus acres with a small house and shop. Met with the local sheriff and asked them how they wanted me to setup the property to allow them to respond and keep people out without having me stop by for...

      Road trip warrior

On multi-state drives I like to ride with my 9mm revolver. I use my 986 2.5". I like the 9mm and moon clips to easily load and unload where needed. I usually always pack a 9mm semiauto as well. Which one depends on where I'm going and what I might be doing.

      UPS may lost my firearm

Our local post office was like that before Amazon started its own delivery business. They abused the little Whitestown post office. Used to know every employee by first name. Then it became a revolving door of new people every week and most of the time you could not park in the little parking...

      UPS may lost my firearm

Not just an email. Its credit cards and billing addresses that are flagged. Both personal and business. We'll see how this ends up. Might just have to sell a Glock or two......

      UPS may lost my firearm

Had issues with FedEx and UPS. Had a pistol returning from a recall at Ruger several years ago. Back when they could deliver to my house (no FFL). Literally watched the FedEx driver slow down at 4:35pm and pass my house while sitting in my office that overlooks the driveway and road. Seconds...
