Tritium Front with a 10-8 rear..oh optics.... on an AR-10 . Seriously excellent choice in weapon. Most of our guys run a quality low power illuminated variable. Have had excellent results with a 1-4 but going to a Burris XTR2 1.5-8 this year just to get a little more precision for day long...
I like The Economist, but the following is why they should STICK TO THEIR LANE;
"which narrates a SEAL counter-insurgency mission in Afghanistan, allegedly received $250,000 from Beretta for a product placement deal. He states that they replaced all existent handguns with their own .45s model...
Skinner's advice is on the money. I have hit, and seen hit BIG hogs with a variety of 5.56. Put your round IN THE RIGHT SPOT and even m198 will drop big hogs in their tracks. I think a lot of the "you need a 338 Lapua to drop a hog" is based on poor shooting on moving targets. Yes they are...
Making some noise on Memorial day weekend! Spotting for the PIG with my Larue. Unfortunately only vehicle targets out at 500 and beyond today...not much work for a Larue Stealth to hold minute of a car door at 700, even with an amateur like me on the trigger.
Not All awards are public, up to and apparently including 2 Navy Crosses awarded during the GWOT. See Article below. Might be the source of "confusion". Can't count the number of DD214 errors I have seen. Bottom line the man was a Hero and we may never get to know all the details.
Navy SEALs...
Well Done BBI! I have only gotten sub 7 seconds a handful of times from concealment and not even close to the almost 6 flat you achieved! The majority of those sub 7 runs for me were with a tuned 1911 not my MK 25. For me the Sig though a bit quicker on the reload (larger magwell), is still...
Hunted around most of the county, Holiday area and lots of land bordering the Waggoner. Unfortunately we were not able to get on the Waggoner due to its recent sale. You should do well next week, as always LOTS of hogs if you know where to find them and have access.

Great Texas Hog hunt in Archer county! These 3 were stalked in on thermal and then went white light for shooting. Boar is 200lb plus and That sow took 3 to get on truck, probably 275. If anyone says 5.56 (yes even M855) won't do for big hogs they need to put rounds where they count. Both...
