If anyone is hiring for a job with more pay and less hours, I am available.
    I got a job for you. 6am-about 130pm hour lunch. $52.50/hour and it’s easy to hide…
Oh also, sometimes you have to replace lighting in an arena.

Monday I will be changing out lights at wintrust arena…. 110 feet in the air via boom lift. Did I mention I’m terrified of heights??

The aforementioned anal glaucoma is no joke. I simply can't see my a** going to work today.....
Hmmm have you applied for my job? It’s sounds like the kind of applicants I’m attracting.
Have a pretty good job description on a large hiring website, people act interested but I’ve been ghosted on in person meet ups twice this week.
I just can’t believe the rudeness of being ghosted.
I know this doesn’t apply to your situation, just made me think about it.

@mcapo hey I’m hiring! Less money, more hours, but bonuses paid in CZ’s!

If I can stay in the lift, I am fine. If I have to walk a catwalk or a roof - I am out.

Our last pool of candidates stank. One guy admitted to having committed what we consider an ethics violation (proudly I might add) and the rest were diversity candidates. They were recent immigrants I believe, with accents so thick you could only sometimes understand what they were saying... :(

One of my kids is probably a competitor of yours? Place based in Lagro.

...but family loyalty doesn't trump hourly rate.
    There’s no competition.
Ditchin’ begats ditchin’, I always say.

I might not get the job but the neighbor will see it going on and want some someday and I might get that one.

Got more work than I can get done, and it’s been that way for almost 20 years now.

See how easy I would be to work for?

Indeed, my situation is quite different. 24y with the same company, never burn time-off that isn't given to me.

Can't say I feel your pain but I've definitely seen the situation first hand. New hires coming in are some of the laziest and most entitled group of slobs I've seen in all my years of watching them come in the front door.

    .
I've been amazed at the number of applicants that apply, go through initiaization, and then fail the drug test. Everything in hiring here from applications to the signs on the door say you must pass drug screen. Either they can't read or maybe think they are on some sort of invisible drugs.
