I had an 8040 Mini Cougar some years ago and it was about the smoothest shooting .40 I ever shot. I agree, one in .45 would be sweet. I only saw one once at the 1500. Made the mistake of walking past before looping back later. It was gone of course.

Trio of original 92. Upper left is one that I was told by Beretta was a demo that was used to show the Brazilians what they were going to produce. They were surprised that I had it!!! Upper right is BERBEN import model with full markings and export proofs. Lower is obviously the step-side version. Yes Beretta pistols could be very addictive! (Any discoloration is either lighting or too much grease.) 92 left side a.jpg 92 right side.jpg

Want to add - on the demo model there is no writing on the right side as were many of the first smooth side variation but the serial number did not have the "B" in front of the numbers and there are no import stamps or proof marks on the pistol. Other than the serial number on the frame and what you see on the left side of the slide there are no other marks on the pistol.

I have already informed my wife ahead of time since cars are not really my thing , a DT11 will most likely be my mind life crisis :abused:. I will be saving my pennies for many years for this baby. Probably be the DT-13 by then lol.

What do you do when your an Italian gunmaker, and need a crazy Carbon Fibre stock? Why get an Italian car marker Dallara to custom make you one LOL. You know the people that make the insane cars at the Indy 500!

I'm not sure why you posted this instead of immediately calling them lol, that's a 1-1200.00 gun easy, especially with the box and two mags. I waited a bit too long and somebody was buying it as I was talking to the guy, it'll probably end up on GB in a day or two.

If I remember correctly, Beretta also went to auto specialist Ital Design for their Storm carbines and pistols. I really admire them for not being afraid to go outside the house for specialty development.
