In June of 2008 I bought 30,000 Wolf primers for $13.50/1000.
In June of 2011 and seeing things were not going to change politically, I bought another 30,000, mostly Federal for near the same price.
Can’t remember when exactly but, Fiocchi started selling primers and I got a great deal on SPP and bought 5000.
Bought MILSURP pistol powders for $10-$12/lb and bought several 6lb jugs of it.

I walked into a Sam’s Club in our area at just the right time as they were between wheel weight suppliers and the old ones hadn’t been around in a year or so. Got 479lbs for buying lunch and bought some molds.

Don’t shoot competition anymore but I do have enough stuff to keep me through retirement now.

I like casting as much as I like reloading. I like reloading as much as I like shooting…. ;)

For two weeks, I've been trying to set up an account with Expansion down in Texas - that new primer facility that was set up. They don't return phone calls and all their emails bounce as undeliverable. That's not good.

From what I've heard and read, the owners of this company have a bad reputation. Long history of taking money for orders and never delivering. Multiple lawsuits, packed up shop and moved to Texas, renaming to expansion industries LLC. I would not get my hopes up seeing anything come of them...

Their fb page has no activity since December.

When I have really had issues with a vendor I have been able to get their attention by making a post, if deleted commenting on an existing post on their fb page, if they are paying attention at all it typically gets a response from someone higher on the foodchain.

Ridiculous pricing considering we just had a group buy on CCI primers for only $84/K with NO hazmat or tax. Why you would think of buying from Midway or the others at these prices is beyond me! :horse:

Well, let me see. First off, nobody said anything about ordering any. Second, maybe somebody on here needs 'em badly enough that they're willing to pay that much. Just sharing info, like this.........

Plainfield Shooter Supply has LR, LP, and SP. $500 for 5K.
