I used to be close, owe some to the state, get some from the feds. Pretty much zero out. The last 2 years I have been owing money. I may have to see about going to zero exemptions on my pay. Taxation is theft.

I’m fine with owing $. Means I didn’t give the government an interest-free loan. Writing the check can be a little painful, but we always have enough.

Sometimes things happen and you find out later. Sometimes you come across a newbie with a one-liner and a few clicks later you are deleting the one liners left and right.
