Forget what brand air fryer I have at the shop. It's been solid. I can look in the morning. Its what we used at home till I got the Ninja Foodi. If you think you'd want something that can do it all (steam, bake, roast, sear, pressure, cook, air fry) look into it.

We use the ninja air fryer/grill. Works great for us-hamburgers, steaks fries, you name it.

I got one of these and I like it but it is only for me, you probably want a bigger one.
They rate them by volume (quarts) but to me it is more important to get more area on the bottom of the food basket and the depth is not as important.
In other words wide and flat is better than deep. The more stuff you can put in there all spread out without piling on top of each other the better.

I bought this one right before Christmas and the family loves it. I did not want a huge one since I do not have unlimited kitchen storage.

It was $199.00 and I was able to get it for $109.00. This here is a really good price too.

    Which is easier to clean?
I only have a basket one and I think it is easy to clean the basket, easier than I am imagining it would be to clean the shelf ones.

These do a great job cleaning the wire shelves.

I have a cheaper version of this model or maybe just older. Mine beeped super loud, which made midnight snacks impossible to not get caught. It’s pretty easy to get to the circuit board and break though.

We have this one. Works great but we needed a bigger one.

I have the older version of this. Used it practically every day since March of last year. Couldn't speak more highly of it.

You will appreciate the big wide basket. It will fit stuff the smaller ones won't. The Cosori is also easy to clean and forgiving when you don't clean it that often.

It's a big seller also. Recomended by the air fryer lady on YouTube. I bought one for my daughter who says the kids think she can cook now. :lmfao:

I bought both of mine from the "used very good" sections, at around half the new price. $60-70 bucks. The boxes were banged up but the air fryer was fine. Brand new.

We have one and never really got into using it. It is sitting around here somewhere collecting dust.

Jedi, if that is what you want, I'll sell you mine.
See, that is what I worry about. I have never seen one, much less seen one in action. I have thought about getting one and also those insta pots that were all the rage a few years ago. But it would probably just sit in a cabinet.

I have the shelf kind…… that one does not “fry” atleast doesn’t seem to work right for me almost more like a toaster oven with extra buttons.

Bought the basket style one after using my parents… that one can actually be compared to fried foods. Healthier and cleaner too. But if making something like an elephant ear I did side by side comparison and the air fryer does the job but it doesn’t taste as good. I think the healthy gets in the way. But French fries or oven frozen foods……. It works great.

also anyone with the air fryers give air fried hotdogs a go, you’re welcome.
