Mr Owl said it was three. Depending on the situation, three might bring the hammer. Every situation is a bit different. The staff are all different people with different approaches to things. We all have lives and jobs outside of INGO. The first INGOer who ****ed us off today? Might be the 35th person who ****ed us off today and the BS tolerance low-level light has been on since lunch.

I know I don't start from zero. The individual who is banned til Spring? He wasn't at zero either. Some you can see coming. (we, the staff, saw this one coming.) Others? Some just implode, only one has tried to insult his way to 50 posts.
