    Terrible. Thank you for sharing the news, as well as a link to donate to the family - glad to see INGO folks step up. I don't post much, but have enjoyed my time here and all the people I've met over the last 10+ years. I recognize his username, but don't believe I ever dealt with him in person. I suppose this is a good time to remember that there are human beings behind the user names - let's do the human thing and show our support when it is needed most.

    Great to see this. A widow with a young family needs all the help we can give at this time. When I made my donation yesterday and passed on my sympathies & prayers to the family the total was I believe $400. Hopefully it will continue to increase.
    Makes a difference for sure, one less thing to contend with, expenses in a time like this are crazy.
    Went though a couple of funerals lately and setting there with the F.D. and a checklist of colors/flowers/monument etc etc etc is surreal.
    Last thing you want to deal with is "can I afford that?".
