ALL of the usual online payment processors will shut you down and attempt to lock your funds if they discover you buying or selling a firearm, ammunition, firearm parts or accessories. That means PayPal, Venmo, Zelle and pretty much any other Leftist Ripoff you may have been using until now.

I've decided to pay directly to and from bank accounts via the PRO-GUN payments website GunTab.com. They protect both Buyer and Seller by depositing funds in ESCROW, and then release funds directly to the Seller's bank account when both parties are satsified. They protect both parties from scams and other BS such unscroupulous charge backs.

They impose a 2.9% fee. Well worth it says I.
Account setup is quick and easy.

Please feed back here, with good news or bad. Let's help build an Alternate Economy that bypasses and hopefully bankrupts the anti-gun, anti-liberty Marxist Left.

Yeah, an unscrupulous buyer could try to jam you up as Seller, but GunTab seems to have a good reputation with parties on both sides of these transactions. And you've gotta give a little to get a little so I'm willing to take a chance.

Maybe just ONCE...but it's worth testing.
I think I would rather have a return policy than use escrow as a seller. Like you said, all kinds of bad buyers can cause headaches.

We need another payment option. PayPal is going down hill fast.
I love how all this crypto stuff was supposed to be just that, an alternative currency. But with no regulation everyone used it as get rich quick ponzi's and now look at it, fraud everywhere in the news. This actually looks like a solid alternative

    From the FAQ page:

What happens if the buyer attempts a chargeback?

    Back to Help Center
The GunTab User Agreement strictly prohibits buyers from filing a chargeback with their financial institution and imposes a chargeback management fee of $1,000. By using GunTab, a buyer agrees that GunTab will be the sole arbitrator of any dispute with the seller. Filing a chargeback is a violation of the GunTab User Agreement.
Sellers are completely protected against chargebacks. If a buyer files a chargeback with their financial institution, the seller is completely protected because GunTab is escrow. This is different from a payment platform, which will immediately place a hold on the seller’s funds. If a seller receives a disbursement from GunTab, those funds belong to the seller.

    Red = Ouch!
What I didn't see (could have missed) on the FAQ was how quickly escrow is released when both parties agree the transaction was acceptable. There is a time value on money. I suppose 500 bucks won't compound quickly for a one-off seller. But, in aggregate, a large seller might be affected with delayed release of escrow. The FAQ page also said the platform can be used for any legal goods. That's a nice touch for those that sell more than firearms. Thanks to OP for bringing attention to GunTab.

Few people have really ever spent their crypto.

Most were speculation type of investments. I did both a little.

It's still interesting, just not as exciting.
I still think it's a total scam. Made up out of thin air, backed by nothing. No recourse if someone steals it or disappears with your investment. It's a fool's errand.

It might just be a fool's errand.

Look at anything that ever had new tech behind it. It was never fully understood and neither is crypto.

Currency is manipulated, stocks, metals, you name it.

The idea of cryptocurrency is pure. The manipulators will go down here and there.

Cash isn't king. In fact, it too is worth less than it was a year ago.

I guess the thing I can't get past is that it was, as I said, literally made up out of thin air. At least cash used to be backed up by gold. Technically it's basically backed by thin air too (other than the full faith and credit of the government). That just reeks of "scam" and snake oil.

Anything I would sell for cash, I would also take an equivalent amount of major crypto token.

If crypto carried existential value, the government would own it. Thin air, poof, "money" appears. The idea it can't be manipulated, stolen or otherwise corrupted appears to be a false idea base on recent headlines. But I support the right of others to speculate/invest in/on crypto.
