Trust me it's not about looks for me personally. Superficially supporting looks alone will not get anyone here anywhere and anyone that seriously considers that are being foolish.
So what exactly is the INGO fascination with her? We do not know her positions as evidenced by the posts saying they are waiting for more details before making a decision. Just what is that driving force that peaks so much interest in her on INGO?

Let’s be honest. If she looked like Lisa Murkowski, Nancy Pelosi, or Bella Abzug, holding all of the exact same positions she does now, few would care about this announcement.
Tulsi Gabbard is a damn sight better than those hypothetical examples who would never make the announcement that Gabbard has and I'm not talking about looks even though she beats them hands down in that category. Speaking realistically and not hypothetically I would pic her over those old crows politically any day of the week.

My point was missed. If she were to team up with Trump, then he would lose my vote.
Then you would be at odds with IM because he would tolerate Gabbard if Trump picked her as a running mate even though she lacks substance according to him.

As would I, I would prefer a better conservative on the ticket but to get the leader I want I will take whatever baggage we must deal with.

In truth she is likely less damaging to my views than Pence would have been…

So trump picks her and a year later trump dies…. We now have her for president.

    And the show goes on.

IF she gets an R by her name AND wins her primary THEN INGO would vote for Tulsi.

There would be generic interest in why anyone left the democratic party regardless of who. Maybe Tulsi adds some additional aspects to the discussion but I think you are overestimating it and by doing so driving the conversation into fulfilling your expectations.

You missed my point. I said if she still held all the exact same positions as she does now but had a different physical appearance (like the examples I gave above), few conservatives would care.

I get it. I’m old but I’m not dead yet. A pretty woman will always get my attention and Tulsi is attractive. I would consider it a win for “my side” if she did actually evolve and actually believe in the same things I do. But if she were less attractive, I admit I would care far less. Superficial on my part? You bet. But I admit it.

When Sarah Palin came on the scene I was in love. She said mostly correct things but she’s a kook. It took me awhile to see it but she is and I won’t waste my time supporting her any longer. I know my biases and I also believe I’m a pretty average man.

I can only speak for myself. For me it's her willingness to buck the Democrat party is what attracts me and what I am waiting to see is where she goes with her actions from here to back up her words.

Hey, I'm willing to admit that I think Tulsi Gabbard is attractive as i believe most would but aside from that it runs much deeper than any superficial physical metric and I simply take issue with anyone who would suggest otherwise.

As evidenced by comments here; a pair of mammeries and silliness ensues…
Seems like Salma Hayek should be in politics

MAJOR cones to cloud men's minds - check

Billionaire husband to provide the hidden agenda - check

Shallow, feel good political positions that aren't well thought out - check

Looks like we have a winner!

I think you are getting your panties in a bunch for no reason. Why would a third party have anything to do with the Democrats OR Republicans OR Tulsi Gabbard? How about a party for America, the Constitution & freedom. Period.? If it takes a revolution, so be it. Much better than this long downward spiral we are on.
You should back politicians with a real chance of achieving power soon if you want to arrest the graveyard spiral of the republic

A party that would siphon votes away from America First candidates in upcoming elections in which the left is about to get shellacked is likely the work of the Devil Democrats

You don't think Republicans are divided on where the line is drawn on abortion? Or Democrats are lock step on magazine capacity laws? Republicans who were fine with gay marriage? Democrats that think only biologically female athletes should legally be allowed in women's locker rooms not and competing against Trans athletes?

Or anyone who disagrees on where ever the party hardliners put the rules is RINO / DINO?
I'm not sure it matters on the left. I am aware of no left-leaning acquaintances who will vote an alternative even when they disagree with leftist policies and ideas. Hell, have ANY of the leftists on INGO even acknowledged Biden is a disaster?

On the other hand, voters on the right are seemingly always willing to commit friendly fire
out of purity concerns and champion their willingness to vote unstrategically at every opportunity

Ergo, I conclude any new third party will, like the Libertarian party, primarily siphon votes away from conservatives
