I posed this question in the comment section of her Youtube video that I would like her to answer.

"Sounds good Tulsi. So now what? Are your joining the Republican party or perhaps proposing a third party made up of likeminded common sense independent Democrats and Republicans?"

Hopefully she has grown and had a life changing epiphany about the current state of affairs but I'm betting that she is doing it to get an audience for her pod cast. The left hates her so they won't be listening so she's pandering to the right trying to get her listeners numbers up. It's about getting a bigger paycheck now and hoping to to get back into politics later, (that's were the real money is at).

Only need to ask her what her understanding of “shall not be infringed “ is?
Well I've said that before. She needs to clarify if she is all in on the 2nd Amendment now given her past remarks in addition to her newfound views about other things.

If you truly believe in "Shall not be infringed" than you are going all in without restrictions like banning ARs and magazine capacities, expanded UBCs and the like that she has previously supported.

You mean kind of like a Candace Owens who some have claimed made the switch to appeal to Republicans for further personal advancement?

I have a feeling that part of any "common sense moderate party" of disenchanted donkeys and elephants will include "common sense gun control that we all can agree on". Also "common sense reproductive rights that we all can agree on".

    Strike two, yer out.

Yeah, those were her words. Although she did'nt quite explain exactly what she means by "common sense" on the wide variety of the subjects she has brought up she still needs to get right down to the specifics.

If she goes, there she's done, and I would hope she has the common sense to know that.
If what she’s a part of what some sounds like they’re after (getting away from the extremes of both parties) I don’t see how it can’t be anything else.

Tulsi will bend in whatever direction the political winds blow. You all have already touched on her 2nd ammendent inconsistancies, yet early in her career she also came out as pro-life, later changing her position to pro-choice. Now who starts out pro-life and later decides it OK to kill innocent babies? Republicans have enough problems, she's the last person they need.

All I'm saying is that I want to see more about where this goes and I'm not ready to close the door completely yet like others already seem to have done.

    Staying tuned.....

There's been a lot of mutterings and testing the waters on a new 3rd party formed by moderate former Republicans and Democrats tired of the extremes within their own camps. Any bets this is related?
Although I'm skeptical that that isn't a psyop to provide top cover for (re)forming the CoC/Swamp party; if true, IMO it would be better to take over the Libertarian party instead. Then maybe each group could wring some of the craziest ideas out of the other and come up with a viable 3rd party

I'm not sure how you'd do a "take over" but why attach yourself to all the baggage of a failed party? Do a Ross Perot, start fresh and have an actual shot at making it vs hooking yourself to a known loser.

Politically savvy, she'll drain all the attention she gets from dropping out before making her next announcement. It won't be in a YouTube comment. Hell, look at how product releases are announced now. Announcements about upcoming announcements, "leaks", etc. to drag it out as long as possible to compete in the crowded information marketplace.

There are a lot of people who would vote for a moderately liberal person who rejects full leftism. Also, there are people who find themselves wondering if they are more towards the center than they thought they were even though their beliefs haven't changed. Both parties going full rage-monster all the time leaves an opening for left and right of center moderates.

Middle of the road is for people that are afraid of the consequences of making a stand. They tend to hate having feelings hurt. They are full of the “orange man bad” crowd.
