Just not true. But as I said in the other thread on what planet is less than 50% better than over 70% with the votes of our two senators combined? Where are all these Indiana voters that are more conservative than us? I sure don’t see them in large enough numbers to change this much.

We bad our chance to find a candidate and get them on the ballot last year. Now that it is too late to replace Young, some are threatening to vote for candidates that 0% chance of getting elected while greatly increasing the odds the candidate that will damage what we value most will get elected.

I would not call that major gun control but was firmly against it. My guess he felt he had to vote for it in an election year or the dems would lie and say he was for murdering kids in schools. Braun is far enough from running again it did not matter for him. It was going to pass anyway, without his vote, so it is likely leadership said to vote for it to better his chance to win in the fall by not firing up the mommies needing action. Hopefully he wins as part of a republican takeover of congress. How can anyone not vote for that?

The vote will be close, and POS Young could be the difference to make it 51-49.

And besides this, Young will still be better than any Democrat Indiana could elect.
