I'd like to get back to the Secret Service...

How do they let 30 guys, FBI or not, come into the President's home armed as they reportedly were? Does anyone have a ****ing sense of duty any longer?

Too bad G. Gordon Liddy wasn't there.

Sadly I agree. Even if the case is worthless it move slow, provide headlines, blue states will move to remove him from the ticket due to 'under investigation'. I don't think this has anything to do with right, wrong or criminal. It's a narrative driver from now until 2024. The same song is playing but the volume is going up to 11.
Well, if this turns out to be the case then they will have trashed the entire justice system once and for all which they have done a pretty good job of doing so already.

They better make sure they have a damn good rock-solid case to present and not a worthless one designed to affect an election like you suspect otherwise this country will implode.

I see it differently...innocent until proven guilty....
Trump should tie it up in the courts until after 2024.
Then the Marxist crowd can't stop him from running

But how discouraged would the base be to realize that we will only be able to have candidates that the deep state approves of - and what would it say about that 'more polished' candidate that he was allowed to run?

Remember the deep state republicans were just fine with Jeb

As MD said this is all about narrative and the left seeing it the opposite of you.

I do not believe the courts will let the left keep him from running…

You spending guys never get off the horse. You guys moan about debt and payments while the country burns down. Priority is saving the constitution and country…
You better wise up, when the debt and taxes destroy us and the dollar collapses and inflation goes really high and it all falls apart just like Rome, their won’t even be a Constitution. It’s guys like you that day keep taxing and spending and creating more debt just give me good things is what got all of us to this point. You don’t fix your checking account your going to lose your house and everything you own. Then what? So don’t give me crap when I try and warn people. But the Roman Empire never listened either. It’s not rocket science.

Maybe you just do not see how dire and serious this situation is right this moment and a trillion here and there is not going to change that in light of the overall debt. Without devastating our whole way of life debt management must be slow and methodical but if we do not save the country from these leftists it will not matter. It is the priorities…

Whatever is going on here you simply do not set a precedent by going after a former POTUS and potential future candidate by doing an unprecedented search warrant when it could've been handled first in a much less politically motivated perceived fashion by issuing a subpoena.

You can count the number of people in DC who actually support(ed) Trump on one hand. He has no friends in DC which is his biggest redeeming quality right behind his belief in what a great country this should be.

Easy. DOJ bigwig called SS bigwig:
Hi Bob, Bill. Look, we have a warrant. Call your team and give them a heads up.
    Thanks, Bill.

    Then it rolls downhill:

Hi Steve, Bob here. Let your boys on the team know DOJ is 5 minutes out with a warrant. Stand back and let them work.

    Its that easy. (probably)

Why wouldn’t they? What haven’t they gotten away with? Why would they have even the slightest desire to act like they have any maturity, decency or honesty when they don’t have to? They can put that energy to much better use continuing to *** **** 330 million people.

Also, from what I read, he wasn't even there. Wonder how many SS agents are actually on site if the protected subject and his family aren't around. Probably a smattering, but maybe a "skeleton crew".

Well, the way this was played out like I said gives the appearance that this move was politically motivated. You are correct in the fact that it emboldens them to continue to do as they have been doing when they are not being held accountable.

Save the country but ignore the debt both parties bring when in power. Each power borrows and spends us to death. At this point its R that have wasted and spent the most, while the D keep corrupting the Country. People see the D corruption, people don't see a debt, its the slow death, but death non the less. We been trying to win against the leftist for a hundred years. Remember the great Rush Limbaugh...I do..I remember him saying if Bill Clinton gets elected it will be the end, we won't be around in 4 more years...then same thing with 2nd election...if he wins then its all over, there won't be a country left. The only thing changing is debt going up, right along with the cost of living. But its probably too late at this point...its a free for all for both parties to get as much $$$ as they can before it all folds. The only way to fix the problem is to borrow more $$$ as both parties have shown. George Washington and others said you can't borrow yourself out of debt. But nobody has listened since Andrew Jackson. I have less faith in politicians to do the right thing than you do.
