That reminds me that I need another suppressor.

    What kind/caliber?

I've been debating a rifle one, but not sure how much good it does on a supersonic round like the .223 and .308.

I need to get started on my first.

    I like mine.
Especially that .22 suppressor on my new Savage bolt action rifle.
    Wow!
    It was "movie quiet".

Three weeks ago it was smooth sailing all the way to Midway. Wouldn't break my heart if I never had to go to O'hare again. Myself, I havn't flown in 40 years, and don't plan to.

p.s.; Hope your daughter's appointment was fine as well.

    .
I agree, it's been several years since I've flown out of or driven to O'Hare and I don't miss it.

And thanks, she's been cancer free for several years but still has to go annually. Happy, healthy, and active.

I bought one of these for picking up brass. It's $20 cheaper than the Caldwell one. It's really sturdily built.

Then I ordered one of these to make it easy to empty. For some reason they doubled my order and sent me two.

If anyone in Northwest Indiana once the spare one you can have it for free. PM me.

If any of the fellas talking shop about suppressors would like to stop by/meet up, I have a 30 cal can that I use on a 300BO and a multi cal can that I use on everything from a 9mm to 22lr. You can give them a test drive on something of mine, or depending on the thread we could stick it on one of yours. (Have a small range in the backyard) (Over by the PoCo fair grounds)

I've mostly been tossing around the idea of getting a scorpion and the integrated suppressor I've posted around here.

You can always come try my .30 Omega. I mostly use it for 300BO, but I have used it for both my AR and my 6.5 creedmoor. It helps, but it is not exactly quiet.

I remember you talking about the scorpion and integral suppressor.
But I've shot subsonic 9mms through my suppressor, so I have an idea how good that works.

Question on the 30 omega though.
Would that fit .308s, or limited to .223s?

I'm enjoying a fire, tunes, and beer this quiet evening.

Wife at the Art Theater watching the Hodge twins (a little jealous, i like their YouTube videos) Her girlfriend had a spare ticket and took her for her upcoming birthday.
I got chased in by the skeeters. That rain and humidity woke them up. Need the dragonflies and bats to get to work!

Day 3 of 8 moving out complete. Had a fire to burn some things, moved some more furniture and 2 benches. For being in their 60's and older my family can still get the led out with it comes to lifting and moving things around.

Marvin I have 3 space heaters if you would like one or 2 if you make it tomorrow. Might have some other things too.

I highly recommend owning a multi caliber suppressor. I have a Hybrid 46. It of course doesn't work as well on smaller calibers as well as a dedicated can would, but it gives enough of an idea to help out deciding whether I want to bother getting another one in a given caliber.

Do you remember my Tavor suppressed?

It's made for 30 cal and works with .223. It's a little louder for .223 than a .223 can would be.

managed to be on both sides of 30 yesterday with no ill effects. Took some boys to Deep River waterpark and Albanese. Both places were busy, doesn't anybody work?
