    According to the link it is probably not poisonous. The link is for USA spiders. It even has a breakdown by state spiders. I think that if you find out that it is an Illinois or Kentucky, you should notify the proper state to have them pick it up and take it back.

    Brown recluse and black widow? I think I've crossed a few recluse in/near the HNF. I don't think I've ever crossed a black widow. I don't really trust anything that wears its skeleton on the outside, identifiable or not.
    If I see a spider jump. The polebarn is getting fogged with two to three gallons of mixed Dursban. No more jumping spiders.
    Recluse and widow. They usually only get as far north as Indy, but I'm sure there are exceptions.

    Spiders are our friends, and jumping spiders especially. They can fake looking intelligent very well.
