My SIL just received this coupon in her email from Penseys spices.

They will never receive my business again....never really shopped there before but never now!

I'm done with them. I used to order from them in the past, but I've found others I like better. Just hope those others don't go full woke!

We used Pensey's spices for years. Great variety. As far as I can tell they are a spin off from a family owned Spice store in Chicago. What I liked was that you could buy spices by the pound, like granulated Garlic, several blends of pepper corns, Himalayan salt, etc. They sent a flyer to the house 3 or 4 times a year. It listed the products, introduced some new products, had a few recipes.

Abut 4 years ago, the owner, who turned out to be a militant lesbian had a letter to the public in her flyer. It basically said, they are committed to every right for the people who embrace homosexual and trans lifestyles and anyone that does not like it is a bigot that should be made to suffer. She supported only those who were against traditional marriage and wanted any rights to be removed from the heterosexual people. Basically it was a "go to hell if you don't like it" letter. Everyone I had ever recommended the company also got the flyer, and quit shopping there.

Never bought anything else from her.

Haven’t looked at the pic in detail for signs of editing, but I did get this pic off their website. Identical, outside of the questionable stuff.

we used to get that flyer too. it started going more and more left, and i quit buying from them. i used to enjoy the articles and recipes in the flyer, until it got so stupid. i don't understand how people that preach about being kind, can be so hateful.

Just great. Now even spices have self sorted. Paprika better be on the right. Turmeric can be leftist, I guess.

I usually buy from Great America Spice, since they used to be in Fort Wayne.

I like to keep my spices in their own jars and the similar ones in their own section so they can’t contaminate each other with their essence. Separate but equal.

I don't understand the business model where you denounce half of your potential customers.

That's because its not a business model. It's a political statement that they don't want the business of the non-woke. We should abide their wishes.
